DescriptionSuzanne Collins continues the amazing story of Katniss Everdeen in the phenomenal Hunger Games trilogy.Against all odds, Katniss Everdeen has won the annual Hunger Games with fellow district tribute Peeta Mellark. But it was a victory won by defiance of the Capitol and their harsh rules. Katniss and Peeta should be happy. After all, they have just won for themselves and their families a life of safety and plenty. But there are rumors of rebellion among the subjects, and Katniss and Peeta, to their horror, are the faces of that rebellion. The Capitol is angry. The Capitol wants revenge (Taken from Goodreads.com)

My Review: Suzanne Collins did not disappoint with this second book in The Hunger Games Trilogy. Once I finished The Hunger Games, I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into Catching Fire and I was ecstatic to find that it was just as good, if not better, than the first book. I highly recommend this book and I CANNOT wait to begin the third one.

Side Note:  Again...one of my earlier, shorter reviews.  LOVED Catching Fire.  Almost more than The Hunger Games itself.  I cannot wait to see the movie.

My Rating: It was amazing
