WTF?! It's been almost 3 years?!

Hello, my name is Emily and apparently I am a shit blogger.

I had no idea it had been so long since I updated this thing.  I have a legitimate excuse.  Ok, maybe it's not legitimate, but it's true.  Basically I started watching Supernatural, which led to Tumblr, which led to Teen Wolf, Sherlock, Arrow, Hannibal, Orphan Black, Sense 8, Hemlock Grove, Bates Motel, and so on and so forth. Seriously people, I have a television addiction.

And due to my television addiction, I've read probably two books since we last spoke.  I have been reading though...I discovered fanfiction.  Yikes!

Anyway, I'm here.  I'm alive.  I've just got a new book series (yes, actual books) that I'm going to start so hopefully I can get some reviews back up and running.  Plus, I'm going to be adding more posts regarding TV shows and such.  I've got a couple of ideas bouncing around in my head, so we'll see how it all shakes out.

What's going on?

For some reason it seems that life has sped up again.  I'm not having as much time to read and the couple of things I was reading I lost interest in.  So I returned Prodigy to the library and The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight to my bookshelf.  I've still got maybe a dozen reviews to post from books I read prior to beginning this blog, so there will continue to be posts.  And maybe I'll be able to pick up something else soon.  Maybe I need to stick to novellas for a while since they're shorter and don't take as long to read.  Anyway, I just wanted to give you guys a heads up.

Ok, ok, I lied..

I haven't been able to get back into the swing of things with blogging.  Life has all of the sudden gotten super busy and I haven't had a moment to breath.  I haven't even read a book since the beginning of September.  I started two, but couldn't get into them and had to add them to my "did not finish" list.

I have, however, been watching a lot of TV.  All the shows are back on and I'm getting sucked in to some new ones.  I hope you're all doing well.  I hope to get back to blogging more soon.

Back in the swing of things...

Ok, I'm going to get back to blogging.

I've separated out this blog from my personal blog, so hopefully everyone gets exactly what they're looking for.

Family and friends can read out us on the old blog without all the other stuff and you guys can read about books, movies, products and giveaways without having to hear about my personal life.

I think it is a win-win.
